Black Mist is a beautiful small to medium size Bucephalandra. The leaves of this subtype can differ from a green towards a dark green. Underwater it tends to go more to the darker green shades. The hue intensity depends on the quality of the lighting.
The leaves of the plant get a longer and more narrow shape when grown submerged, with a strongly defined midrib.
Bucephalandra Black Mist is a perfect species for beginners at keeping Bucephalandra. It’s not highly demanding, and it is not the slowest grower in the species. As with all Bucephalandra species, Co2 injection is not required, but will help increase the growing speed.
