Paris is a beautiful small to medium sized Bucephalandra with a turquoise-green and crimson red leaves. The hue intensity depends on the quality of the lighting.
The leaves have a distinct long characteristic with a thick central vein. It is a most wonderful Bucephalandra type to have on the midground of your aquarium.
Bucephalandra Paris is a perfect species for beginners at keeping Bucephalandra. It’s not highly demanding and it is not the slowest grower of the species. It’s shape and surprising coloration is a nice treat to look at in every aquarium. As with all Bucephalandra species, Co2 injection is not required but will help increase the growing speed.
