Noyan Sanggau is a beautiful medium to large size Bucephalandra with long leaves. The leaves of this subtype can change from a green towards a dark green with a blue/purple hue. The hue intensity depends on the quality of the lighting.
The leaves of the plant get a stronger oval and wavy shape when grown submerged, with a strongly defined midrib.
Bucephalandra Noyan Sanggau is a perfect species for beginners at keeping Bucephalandra. It’s not highly demanding, and it is not the slowest grower in the species. As with all Bucephalandra species, Co2 injection is not required, but will help increase the growing speed.
