Brownie Upper Ghost is a beautiful medium size Bucephalandra of the Brownie Series. The leaves of this subtype have a dark yellow green or very dark green colour with a bluish hue. The hue intensity depends on the quality of the lighting.
The leaves of the plant get a stronger oval shape when grown submerged, with a strongly defined midrib. Leaves can get a more distinct wave in them.
Bucephalandra Brownie Upper Ghost is a perfect species for beginners at keeping Bucephalandra. It’s not highly demanding, and it is not the slowest grower of the species. As with all Bucephalandra species, Co2 injection is not required, but will help increase the growing speed.
